Return & Refund Policy

All Artboxx products are made to order and hence there is a "No-Return" policy. However, in the event that a product is delivered damaged, please send us a "box opening" video (please ensure you start the video before opening the box and then clearly showing the damaged product). We will promptly replace the damaged product.
